I started this company because I believe ice cream shouldn't come with a tradeoff.

With a background in food science and a passion for ice cream, I saw an opportunity to rethink how ice cream is formulated - one that delivers the richness, creaminess, and flavor people love, all while being more thoughtful about how it makes you feel.

The purpose of this company isn't to turn ice cream into a health food. The purpose is to make it more enjoyable, more easily digestible, and better aligned with how people want to eat today. Ice cream is a luxury, but that doesn't mean you have to make sacrifices for it.
